Exactly what Ulster County needs: another giggling “leader,” equally at home in Rascoe’s AND Bernardo’s pockets. Roger, do I have a lump of coal for you!

It’s always a bit unbelievable to me how many mistakes Ronk seems to make each month on simple procedural stuff. And he suffers from making awful quotes to the Press too. Never quite really seems to say what he means. Would make a terrible Chair. He’s always too busy laughing and having fun “playing” Legislator. Rascoe should look to his left if he wants a real leader and thinker in Bartels.
