Here are a few choice words from Ulster County Executive Michael Hein says Legislature Chairwoman Terry Bernardo exhibiting ‘erratic’ behavior, published in today’s Freeman:

KINGSTON, N.Y. — Ulster County Executive Michael Hein on Wednesday swung back at Legislature Chairwoman Terry Bernardo, saying her recent Facebook posting accusing him of carrying out a vendetta against her business highlights a pattern of increasingly worrisome behavior.
“Mrs Bernardo’s behavior continues to get more and more erratic, and I am sure that is of great concern to her caucus,” the Democratic executive said of the Republican chairwoman. The Bernardos “promised to deliver a large number of full-time jobs in return for over $100,000 in tax benefits. “Instead, they became one of the worst offenders in the … program by failing to live up to their promises as well as aggressively working to avoid accountability at ever turn.”
I feel vindicated.

I’m glad that Hein has actually spoken up publicly. She has been taking shots at him and he has not sufficiently responded to her “erratic” behavior. Honestly, I wasn’t a supporter of Hein when he kicked Len’s ass but voted for him because I knew what Len was/is. I do not regret my vote and am overall happy with the job that Hein has done.
The Democrat’s in Rochester should also wake up and make sure they run someone against Bernardo. She and her husband, along with O’Halloran, Rosco and blind followers are destroying this County. How long can they sit by and let it happen?
Hey, don’t put it all on the Democrats. The Republicans can make a different choice too.
It’s simple. Refuse to sign her petitions this July. Support somebody else.
Where are all the Bernardo supporters now? I’m listening… I don’t hear anyone singing her praises now. Surely one of them have something wonderful about Terry to share. I’m still listening….(silence)
How can anyone defend this?
The answer is easy: with an attorney!

I was not a Hein supporter and made the mistake of voting for Bernardo. But I tell you now Hein has and always will have my support. I was wrong; thank God Hein won! Imagine the mess Bernardo would have brought as Executive.
