Subject: County GOP Vice Chair
Dear Chairman,
Please accept my resignation as Vice Chair to the Ulster County Republican Committee effective April 8, 2013. The expression “the tail wags the dog” is a very appropriate quote for the Ulster County Republican Party. I will not be influenced or lead by political leaders outside of Ulster County nor minority party leaders within Ulster County.
Respectfully,
David O’Halloran
Town Of Rochester Republican Committee Chairman
Mr. O’Halloran continues to hold the position of Town of Rochester Republican Committee Chairman.

O’Halloran, jumping ship!! It’s too late, he has a lot of explaining to do.
It’s never too late to see who the Bernardos are. As with any cancer, the sooner you discover it, the better your chances to extirpate it.
Bet it was difficult coming to terms with the realization that he is no longer the puppet master.
Hope this means he is NOT endorsing Terry Bernardo either. Enough games, deals and corruption already !
O’Halloran was part of the problem. A BIG part; now it affects his pocketbook and he bails out. What a self centered snob. Don’t trust him!
That is two strikes for Rascoe in one week. Three strikes you’re out!
Way to go Dave! Always knew you were a coward—when the bath water gets hot, you bail! Too late, my friend.
This didn’t take long,…. Isn’t this the guy who kicked Maloney’s ass?

“Dave has gone between shock that I would abstain to
asking me to meet with him to discuss a strategy so we
could support one another,” said Bernardo, R-Accord.
She said when she declined to meet with him, “he said
he’s going to ruin me, he’s going to destroy me, he’s
going to run another candidate against me.”
Pretty sure she can manage the first two unassisted, glad to hear he’s going to run another candidate though.
O’Halloran has also resigned as IDA Chairman. The Queen must be feeling a little giddy today thinking she has “won”. But insignificant wins mean nothing in the big picture.
The word on the street was Davey Boy left like a drama queen……
