This candid photo was taken about ten years ago, in our house. Carl Chipman was calling me “Papa” and Manuela “Mama.” We were talking about his running for a Town Board seat. In my stupidity, I thought Carl Chipman was a decent human being. Since then, he proved to be just a political animal.

But, let bygones be bygones… Today is Carl Chipman’s last birthday as Town of Rochester Supervisor, so here it comes:
