   Those are the benefits for the citizens of Ulster County if she walks but what is in it for the Bernardos – you know it is all about them!

   Probably it’s too late for a graceful exit by Bernardo after the way she treated Karen Binder became public. The whole thing starts to look like ex-congressman Anthony Weiner’s story – people ask an elected official to resign for good reasons, and the anointed one clings to power defiantly. Only the Jaws of Life will extricate Bernardos from their crashed political game.

   How sad. Professional, caring, long tenured county employees are treated with total disregard by a Chairman carpetbagger, I must say even the County Executive shows more compassion! Just know folks–the Senator used her and will toss her aside when someone better comes along. Look at his record with Sue C.
