David O’Halloran needed professional help. He emailed me and asked for it. Dave wanted to know if Mr. Issac Heller’s contributions to the Town of Wawarsing Democratic Committee have anything to do with the Democratic support for Nevele Casino. I spent some time on the Internet, and I sent Dave the answer.

Out of all places, the revealing info comes from… The Catskill Shopper!
There is no connection to Treanor…
“The 11 a.m. program, to be hosted by Supervisor Carlsen and the members of the Town Council, will include presentations by Town Historian, “Bucky” Green, HPC chairperson Marion M. Dumond, unveiling of a plaque honoring benefactor Isaac Heller (an alumnus of the school)…”

David O’Halloran needed more professional help. He emailed me and asked for it. Obviously Dave bought into the rumor he himself help to spread: Jon is a hacker. I didn’t say a word, spent some time on the phone, and I sent Dave the answer.

John Constable sent out an email last night to GOP (not me), see if you can get your hands on it. Would have gone to GOP legislators and some GOP party folks.

I don’t have the email, but I’m confident that it’s about yesterday’s meeting on the disloyalty charges against Noonan. VanVliet, Constable and Cordovano (New Paltz) were very upset upon hearing what Roger did to Noonan’s kids. In the end, Roger apologized to Noonan. If you know more, share.

Houston, we have a problem! On April 26, 2013 4:02:58 PM EDT, I promised Dave not to publish any new emails received from him. And I meant it. Till yesterday, but not any more. Why? Because it’s one thing to dig for information out of curiosity, but to use it for illegal purposes is a whole different ball game – which I do not play.
Look at the email below. David wants damaging information on Imre Beke Sr., John Constable and Val Panaccione, all Republican Committee members loyal to Terry Bernardo. Why? To try to change their votes. How? Blackmail, how else?
I don’t want to create even the appearance of knowing about the attempt and keeping it a secret. Sorry David, no more Mr. Nice Guy! If it makes you feel any better, by all means, feel what countless people felt when you broke YOUR word.

Jon,
If you could focus on the task at hand, there will be 1 1/2 years between elections to inform folks that I’m a horrible person. A few suggestions, lets try to weekend Terry’s base on the committee. Who does she have as of now: Imre, John C., Val P.
Imre – any suggestion on outing a connection between the Bernardo’s? Does he support Bernardo as a reaction to his feeling towards you? Or is there something else?
John C. – dirty him for the last deal with Bernardo’s – I line? His change of district to manipulate the vote? Lives in 10 moved to 12 on committee?
Val P. no idea what their connection is? Does he own home, rental in flood buy out?
Then there is always Terry – Len, len got Blaber job with Mayor, did Gallo get I-Line? Terry’s appointments – out of county, non- republican, etc.
Or you could tell people about my last parking ticket. You will not pressure me to change my vote, good news…neither will Len. Neither of you like it and each have their own way of acting out. I no longer care about the personal or political attacks Len & you do to influence votes. Get over it and control your emotions, at least until 5/29.

Twelve hours after he sent the email above, David sent the one below. Same David, different approach. Yes David, we both have issues, but mine are not mental. And it’s a worrisome situation that you and a few people you control decide again who’s the best candidate. Why don’t you just pick Terry again?

Jon,
I started to look for your newspaper facts but your site makes me sick. One man, harboring such ill will towards others is just horrible. Concerning, I hope you do not turn towards violence. I’m sorry that you have such deep seated hatred toward me and others, I would not wish that on anyone. I do not like a few people, Bernardo’s being among them, but never would I lower myself to such depths. I know you will take this the wrong way, but if you ever want help to view life in a more positive light, just ask. Give some though to divorcing yourself from politics, I’m moving in that direction and for much less darkness. There are just too many good things out there, I think of this afternoon. A beautiful day and we are discussing Rochester Republican politics…WE have issues. Issues that are a drain on our personal and business lives. Secretly, I hope to lose (although I’ll fight to the end) on 5/29, it would give me a great excuse to make a clean break from this BS.
As I have often said, your a very talented guy caught up in a political web. Ulster county will go all Dem soon enough, lets promise not to be the last GOP standing. It is likely, I’ll be out and watch you fight on. In this race, 1st out…winner.
