Unaware that I connected his computer to my septic tank, a puzzled Len Bernardo – the Chairman of the Ulster County Independence Party – had a WTF moment: “What the hell is going on? How come my comments don’t make it to Jon’s blog?!”

Among the many comments to one of my previous posts, one stunk: embedded in its midst there was some innuendo directed at my family – without any connection to the topic at hand. On a hunch, I deleted the offending paragraph (highlighted blue in the first comment below). Two minutes later, at 9:43 PM, Len Bernardo went bananas under the nom de guerre Molon Labe – Greek for “come and get it.”
After deleting a few times the same comment he was trying to post, I let him do whatever he wanted. He only posted the same comment 236 times, then another one 84 times (plus four times on the Liberty Coalition blog). At this point – via software – I took away his toy, so he no longer could pollute this blog. It took Lenny a long time to renounce the idea that I was manually deleting his comments.
I know this post is awfully long. Bear with it, it’s not only entertaining, it also spotlights Len Bernardo’s miserable character.

Yes you can use teamviewer on your mac. Works better than on the PC. Were still going thru the data from the logs to put the picture together. We would also put the DVR info attached to the submittal. It looks like we have more than just your PC on the wireless that day and we need to rule things out. We do have a few things that we need to research on the last parts of the log. We do have enough evidence though at this point for the state police cybercrime division to go forward.

Not anything particularly exciting to report, but I wanted to update you on my work….. really boring…. but meaty stuff…. the stuff that hopefully will get results…
I have copied all camera recordings onto discs, from cameras that were working on that day – Thur 10/22/09 from 5pm to 10pm. They are easier to watch and navigate on the computer than on the DVR. Because there are some cameras that are not still working, Rest Assured Alarms is sending me their best camera/Digimerge tech to look at the system and see why a lot of the cameras are not working.
The good news is that the camera that was focused on the location where the laptop was worked. Both cameras on the parking lot entrance/exits worked. The parking lot cameras worked, and 2 cameras behind the rink worked.
I definitely have me pulling into the parking lot, getting out of the car and placing the laptop on the counter of the cashier booth. 5:15pm
I have me getting Mat, bringing him over and showing him the laptop and telling him not to let anyone touch it (you can’t hear it, but that’s what I said). Then I take the laptop off the counter and put it below, on to the top of a desktop PC that is on the floor, out of sight. Then you see me get in my car and leave. 5:23pm
I don’t really see anyone go into that cashier booth area the whole time…. However Andrew said he did pop in and put the USB in and then leave. People come into the edge of the booth where the first cash register is briefly, but they don’t ever seem to move all the way in where the laptop was. But I need to watch closer, since I missed Andrew, I could have missed someone, but no one was anywhere near it for any long length of time. Then you see me on the camera come and get the computer and leave at 9:43pm
I will begin the process of really studying them in-depth tomorrow looking for stray cars, people, etc. To really understand them, you need to follow each car and person from camera to camera and know all of the movements of everyone and everything like back of your hand….. like I know the wireshark logs. It will take time, but you know the tenacity that I had with the wireshark. Since I don’t have that to watch anymore, I will start watching video. The only problem I have is, I don’t think they will play in the Mac, so I will have to be a the PC at the rink to watch, since I don’t think I’m getting my laptop back 🙂
Zali Win has another couple, Marge and Ron Bonner running the wireshark because both of their computers tested positive for the keylogger. They are a little impatient because the 208.111.128.xx is not coming up fast like it did with Zali’s……. I have tried explaining how they need to be patient and keep a lot of logs, but they think it’s an instant hit thing! I told them I did it for 3 weeks, 27/7. I’m not sure if they “get it”
Zali said that Ruth Bendelius is brining her computer directly to you tomorrow. Tomorrow, I think we are also going to talk to Tony Spano (Town of Rochester Councilman) and Kathy Kuthy….. big target on Jon’s site….. I think they are reaching out to a few other people as well.
I’m getting ready to call my mother to get her to review the wireshark logs…… i hope i can use the team viewer from my mac…. then i can just log in and browse what she saved.

The last speaker at the UPAC Legislative Circus (starts at 02:46:55), he is a very candid man: his speech started with “I don’t know about you, but I really have to pee” and ended with “and now I’m gonna pee!”
Just to get it out of the way, whatever Elmer thinks about the NY SAFE Act, I am behind him 100% – but this is not the topic here.

On the way to the pro-gun rally in Albany, the buses that started the trip at Accord Fire House made a ten minutes pick up stop at Macy’s parking lot in the Hudson Valley Mall. Ten minutes were more than enough for Terry Bernardo to give a soap box performance. Probably in the spirit of non-partisanship touted in her 2012 inaugural speech, she decided that everybody’s got to go – unless they subscribe to her borrowed views.
The most disgusting move – against Legislator Kenneth Wishnick (D-New Paltz) – started with asking the mini-crowd “Did you read Wishnick’s letter in yesterday’s Freeman?” and continued with “anyone here from New Paltz?” “find another candidate!” and “he’s got to go.” Funny, isn’t it, considering that Wishnick was her most valuable ally just a few weeks back. All legislators in cahoots with Bernardo should pay attention.
